As soon as the order is placed, our team will make sure that the parcel is sent out within 24 hours from the time the order was placed. In case of any unavoidable delay, you will receive a mail from our side and the updated details regarding the delivery will also be mentioned in the same.

If due to any reason, we are not able to send your multiple orders at one go, you will receive multiple tracking numbers for all the clothing you have ordered from us.

We provide free standard domestic delivery, whereas extra charges will be applied for international orders that will be notified at the time of checkout.
Taxes and duties

For domestic orders the taxes are included in the amount and no additional chargers are applicable.

For international orders, please be aware that import duties and taxes may be levied upon your order's arrival. These charges are your responsibility. We recommend consulting your local customs office prior to purchase for more information.Failure to pay applicable duties or taxes may result in your order being returned or, in some cases, destroyed by customs authorities. Under these circumstances, we cannot issue refunds for product or shipping costs, and any fees associated with the return will be deducted from your refund.

Due to the exclusive nature of our pieces, all purchases are final and non-refundable. You may, however, request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your online order.

Exchanges are available only for size-related issues.

In the rare case of a damaged or defective product, a refund will be issued after verification.

Eligibility: Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery and should not be worn, torn or damaged. The tags attached to the product should be intact, if not, then the product will not be accepted.

For Indian customers, the order will be picked in 1-5 days from the address it was delivered to. Upon receiving the returned item in our warehouse, a confirmation will be sent, and your exchange will be processed within 7–10 business days.
